Refund/Exchange Policy

Please be sure you are in love with the piece you are about to purchase before completing transaction as we do not offer refunds. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us to request an exchange. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
